Winter feast soup! This is a combination of storage vegetables that our 'foremothers' relied on to feed hungry families for centuries! It is still (probably even more) delicious today!
This is a combination of red beets, carrots, onion, cabbage, tomato, beef broth, dillweed, salt & pepper.
To prepare: heat in the microwave or on the stovetop. Partially thawing is helpful.
To Serve: this soup is best served with a dollop of rich sour cream (after heating, just prior to serving - so delicious!
